Arian began her career as a wrestler by participating in WWE's Diva Search (2011) and Tough Enough. WWE took her on as a Florida Championship Wrestling FCW ring announcer. The match that she made her debut was the Divas' battle royal title. She competed with other wrestlers, including Audrey Marie Caylee Turner Kaitlyn Aksana. She also lost, and was first to be eliminated, In the course of an FCW TV episode, she wrestled as part of a team along with Naomi Knight to defeat the Leah West & Byron Sexton team. Arian and her partner Naomi together, who formed the tag team alongside Arian at the end of 2012 made their WrestleMania debut in its XXVIII Edition. Arian was a part of The TLC episode (Tables chairs and Ladders). She wrestled in her first SmackDown episode on February 13, 2013, which was her first time on the show. Since then she began taking part in SmackDown Main event and WWE's other events. The group was formed by Total Divas in September 2013 in the aftermath of the tag-team 7-on-7 contest against True Divas. Mendes was the person who eliminated her. Her biggest victory was in February 2014's Elimination Chamber when she defeated AJ Lee. That same week, she faced a rematch against Lee but failed to defend her title. Ariana later took on Lee at her first match at the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational which Lee was also the winner. Ariana was joined by Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes, Summer Rae and Summer Rae in July 2014 to take on Nikki Bella against an uninvolved six-on-one match. But, she just appeared on the scene to fight Nikki as well as Naomi. The Battleground show brought her into a battle with Naomi. Ariana defeated Naomi in the match. In turn, the rivalry between them began. The summer of 2010 the two wrestlers competed against one with each other in a variety of singles and handicap events and tag team fights.
